Tips for instant weight loss


 Sick of chasing fat diets? Time to hop off out of the bed and get some down-to-earth advice from people who have been there, done that.

Sure, we spend our days sifting through the latest research and asking super-toned celebrities about their workout secrets. At the end of the day, peeling off the pounds is just as challenging for us as it is for anyone else.

These tips aren't always easy to stick to, but they've worked for us. Lets go on with the tips

 Basic Instructions:-
  • Do cardio for 20 minutes everyday for proper weight loss.
  • First start with 10 repetition and day by day increase up to 100.
 Below are the exercise that should be included in your routine cardio.

-Jumping Jacks
-Crunches
-Squats with jump
-Skipping 
-Frog Jump
-Front to back jump
-Push ups
-Butt Kicks

Everyday after 10 mins of dinner, do brisk walking or jogging for 15 mins.
