How to: Start in a plank position, with gliding discs beneath your feet. Perform one pushup, moving your body in a straight line. Once you reach the top of your pushup, follow it with four quick mountain climbers (bring left knee in toward chest; return to start, switch legs and repeat), keeping hips and spine in a neutral position. Do eight reps.
