Technique
Technique
- Holding a 3-5kg dumbbell in each hand with your arms by your sides, bend forwards from the hips so your back is at a 45-degree angle to the floor. Bend your elbows slightly with your palms facing each other.
- Take your arms out to the sides to bring your hands level with your shoulders.
- Slowly return to the start and repeat.
